One of our clients in the sustainability industry wanted to create an online community aware of the danger of pollution by improperly disposing of light bulbs. In addition, in 2021, the recycling target increased by 65% compared to 2020. In this case, the customer needed this message to reach as many people as possible.
Our solution was to initially create a brand podcast in audio format, followed by video format. Given that we had to cover a niche topic (light bulb recycling), we proposed to expand the topic to include a wider area of interest, thus attracting more people. Also, considering that video content has prevailed for a long time, we proposed to make the podcast in video format, in the form of reports mentioning designers and creators of a sustainable lifestyle.
Within six months, the results grew the YouTube community by about 300 subscribers and increased the number of views by over half a million.
