Brief
One of our clients in the Banking industry aims to communicate to employees uniquely, the growing inclination of the company being in the area of diversity. The client’s goal was to accustom employees to the idea of diversity, the way people who are discriminated against feel, and the solutions we have at our disposal to stop this phenomenon.
Our solution
We offered them a series of interviews with personalities in different fields of minority groups, whether we are talking about ethnicity, nationality, or people with disabilities.
Results
By reading about people they knew from the media, exclusive interviews and distributed only inside the bank, people began to realize how important it is for a person belonging to a vulnerable group to feel regarded as an average person.
