One of our clients in the textile industry, originally from Spain and part of one of the largest textile production groups in the world, needed to create a unified brand image in communicating with employees.
We suggested an employee guide, written along the lines of the company’s voice, while focusing on the employee’s needs and on Generation Z. In addition, we proposed a graphic that is in tune with the created content so that the result is an easy-to-read product that people enjoy keeping in their library. We followed the same reasoning with the procedures related to each department in the company.
Employees understood much more quickly the organizational culture they must adapt to and were more open to paying attention to the rules set by the company.
