BRIEF: The pandemic had just begun, and many companies that traditionally made sales could no longer sell their products and services due to traffic restrictions. Our client, a technology company in textile leasing, was looking for an alternative solution.

OUR SOLUTION: We offered them training for their sales team to write sales messages on LinkedIn to generate leads. The training lasted four days, and people learned about customer profiling, writing persuasive texts and forms to retarget customers who initially refused.

RESULTS: The customer’s sales team has discovered an easy way to access leads without traveling. They also found that in the information age, people even interact online and that the impossibility of physically moving to the client’s office was no longer a barrier.
